it depends...have you tried to pull the foreskin over the glans (head) of the penis? will it glide smoothly? if not, do not try to force it all at once...try to loosen up the foreskin over the next few weeks. if you are still tight, you may need to see a urologist for some advice...you may have scar tissue under the foreskin that prevents it from gliding over the glans...
if you force it, and the foreskin gets caught behind the glans, you may need to proceed to the closest emergency department to have it reduced so that you do not cut off the blood supply ot the glans and cause more damage...and then you may have to be circ'd...

No..theres a procedure to remove the connective band on the bottom of the glans, very simple, takes about 10 minutes. I had the same problem and had surgery about 2 weeks ago,and im totally fine now, and it works perfect.

YES. 100times better sex. it IS cleaner and easier.
and you do not lose any sensitivity. it's all in the mind of the wierdos sayin boohoo i lost all feeling ect ect. just an excuse to not make the effort in the bedroom
