I took a PowerPoint I made, saved the slides as jpg pictures, made a wmv Photo Story with it, used Jodix to convert it to mp4 format, put it into iTunes, but iTunes won't play it. And when I try to drag it into my iPod, it gives me the no sign. It doesn't seem to recognize the format. What do I need to do, so I can show the slide show on my video iPod?

MP4 is just a file "wrapper" that supports multiple audio, video and image codecs.
It is quite possible that iTunes does not support the codec within your MP4 file.
For video, itunes uses H.264.
