How can I get my comedy writing to producers in TV ?

How can I get an agent who can help?I have called agents and they only represent people who have worked in the industry.

TV programs have staff writers that write the shows. Agents won't take on a writer without credentials. Get a job as a "go-fer" at one of the networks.
