No Jesse Jackson would make a horrible president. This country would go to crap if he did. He might be dumb enough to run but hopefully America isn't dumb enough to elect him. Now another black president I am sure would do just fine. I saw someone mentioned Colin Powell. I think he would do just fine in that type of position. I don't know any off hand but there are probably plenty more qualified people that could handle it that aren't white. I don't believe race has anything to do with running a country at all though.

A black person can run this country. Jesse Jackson is not that black person, though. Maybe Colin Powell.

An African-American can run out government. Jesse Jackson isn't the one that I would choose, but I suppose he could do it.

I personally wouldn't vote for Jesse Jackson, but it has nothing to do with his skin color. I really like Obama, and that has nothing to do with his skin color either. A qualified person could run this government just fine, no matter what color skin the person has. When are people going to grow up and realize that skin color doesn't matter whatsoever?

Being black wouldnt have anything to do with it.I dont think Jesse would do a good job because he has a chip on his shoulder sometimes about being black.A good president would have to get along with all races not just white or black.Colin Powell would be a good choice.

Of course a black president can run the country, the question is can a black man be elected president.

My fellow colored Cherokees,

I think any person for the most part that looks colored could run this country, but if he is black well lets just say a DNA test would have to be the judge of that. It is a privilege to be of African origin
they just want have anyone claiming that big clan of Adam

Indian
