The error message says "VBS is not installed or has been disabled. Re-register VBS then install itunes."
I have called itunes and Dell and Microsoft and they are either unable to help or want to charge me a bunch of $$ to do so.
I am running a Dell2400 and windows xp.
Will a system restore correct this particular problem? If not I don't want to restore because I recently deleted a bunch of stuff to speed up my computer.
Please HELP !!

I deleted the "bunch of stuff" after this error occured.
And I also checked all of the script enablers in my system and they're all on.

Scripting is found in,tools, internet options, security tab, custom level.Scroll down list and enable the three items in that area, java applets, paste operations via script.Close and reopen should be good now.

your "deleting a bunch of stuff" must of deleted vbs, you have to restore your computer, and be sure that what your removing is not what came with the computer...

and about the slow computer.. it may be temp stuff on there. use CleanUp!
