Are you Angry with The City Attorney David Rogers and the Court Judge that gave a very Disgraceful Judgment with the Two teenagers that Killed an Innocent Man Because these two boys where Drag Racing on the City Streets. David Rogers took a Plea Deal and to treat them as Juveniles, I Find this Despicable. I called the City, County and Carson City on how to Impeach These two People for Poor Judgment. No City or County Official knew how to start the Process, Go Figure While this 34 year old man lost His Life and the two kids go free when they are 21, Where is Justice??????? Tell ME How You Feel

So sorry to hear that this young man lost his life. These kids should definitely be held responsible !!! The JUSTICE system is so flawed !!! A man can kick his dog in the ribs and get 6 months in the LA County Jail, but you can kill someone and get off just because you are 21 !!! We all know that driving is a privilege and if we are speeding and take someone Else's life we are blood guilty for taking that life. They will have to answer to God for their actions, although they should be put in prison.

I'm a truck driver,and I take my driving privelidges very serious,while both kids are gonna feel remorse for the man whom died,I believe their punishment was a little too leniant,the family of the man was present ,and they all were in remorse.the kids will have to live with it and I think the community service they got ought to be towards the family of the man,so they can understand totally what the impact of a bad decision and taking his life does.unfortunatly for them hindsight is 20/20 and I dont know if they will ever really know what impact they made on the loss of this man in his families world
