I have dealt with both deal and HP for personal and enterprise level computers and prefer Dell hands down. Dell has come a long way and has gone to great lengths to keep their customers happy. Their PCs are well designed, quiet, and their support is phenomenal.

I like dell so much that when anyone asks for my recommendation for a computer I can only say "Dell". I like Dell that my mom, dad, son and wife all have Dell's. I prefer to build my own systems as a hobby, otherwise I'd have a dell myself. Oops almost forgot, my laptop is a dell.

Dell's support is fantastic. Just remember if you ever get stuck in the Inda exchange, kindly request a tier 2 tech.

I would guess they are both good since they would not exist if they arent and you wouldnt be asking if you have a clear winner already. =)

I used to have a Dell laptop and it was okay. I now have an HP and i am very very happy with it. Tech support is also good for HP.

At the end of the day it all boils down to preference and the specs.

Dell and HP are both excellent products. It is all a matter of personal choice. I use a Dell Inspiron 1200 laptop computer.

Both ncompanies have their cons and pros. I personally propose using Dell PCs. I had a HP PC and it was defective and i got a new one. This happened 4 times. Then I finally decided to as kfor a refund and bought a better, cheaper and a un-defected PC. Although I also have a really sweet HP laptop and works just fine.

Dell. The co I paintings for switched to being a Dell homestead after years of undesirable HPs, Compaqs (owned via HP), and different different manufacturers. We on the instant purchase 4yr assure to shop our costs flat/customary over the existence of the gadget. i'm on the instant changing Dells that are 6-7 years previous, or older. We do have a normal few Lenovo portables, because of the fact the particular supervisor prefers them for weight and specs and that they do very final to boot.

I have a Dell Inspiron, and I wouldn't change it for anything. The tech support has been great, and I haven't had any problems with it!
Dell also financed it, and made it possible for me to have a great computer long before I could have come up with the cash to pay for it.
