If I know who it is...I'm pretty much answering with some kind of weird greeting.
If I don't know who it is..and only god knows why I do this...but my hello voice becomes all quiet and questioning...ya know...like as if I'm in some kinda really bad horror flick and I'm waiting for the person on the other line to say "Seven daaays"..that sorta thing..

Well, yes. Except when I say hello I sound depressed, tired, and reluctant to answer/talk on the phone. I hate talking on the phone. My hello is like the 'what' people would say if they were mad at someone and that person called them. Like if I was mad at you and you called me, I'd answer with that low, depressed, tired, reluctant to answer the phone 'what.'

might is slightly different depending on who it is when I look down at the caller ID!
If it is a blocked number or someone who I dont really want to talk to, I usually let the phone ring for a few more times and then pretend to be just waking up

mine is a more solid kinda mad sounding hello followed by a who's this in the same tone. people always call at the worst possibale times

usually I answer the phone like I am asleep, so If I dont wanna talk to them, I can always pretend (also, always answer the door dressed and in a hat - if you wanna let them in, you can say you just got back. If you dont, you can telling them you were just walking out the door!)
