Can an adult hold hands, hug, and massage a preteen, that he/she has romantic feelings for, without it being molestaion?
And is it possible for a child 11-12years old to fall in love with an adult in his/her late 20's without any of the adults influence?

I ask this because I've been debating this with a classmember who feels a child can fall in love.
I in no way feel that is true.

Sex is this case would constitute statutory rape. If the guy is not the father then he should not be touching this minor in any way. A youngster of 11 or 12 has no business with an adult over twice her age. Shes way too young and cannot fully understand her actions so the guy has to be a responsible adult and forget this all together. Any responding law enforcement officer to something like this would have to make a field judgement as to what child laws ,if any, were broken and proceed with the appropriate charges, but this is an illegal scenario and nothing good is going to come out of this. Cease this immediately before someone goes to jail

the adult is responsible for the actions of both himself and the child .
can the child love the adult yes
is this love grounds for the two to have sex NO
the man should not be doing anything like massaging the girl as it seems that he is turned on by it and so is she this could only lead to trouble.
when the girl is 21 if there are still feelings OK
but when the girl is a child hands off thoughts off .

First off an 11-12 year old doesn't understand what "Love" is.I know you youngsters may not agree with me on that but when you are a lot older an truely fall in love with someone you'll understand. Secondly anyone who is not in YOUR age group who says or thinks or leads a 11-12 year old to believe that they are romantically interested in them is a CHILD PREDATOR sex or no sex.

This is a sin, a crime. A child cannot give consent, thus in law, it's still an offence, which is stated under exclusion "when a consent is not a consent".
