Yes, as a paper delivery person, walking dogs, babysitting, cutting lawns, raking leaves, or at a grocery store taking customer's purchases to their cars and keeping the parking lot tidy.

As per law, anyone under eighteen years of age is considered a minor and the legal age for employment is 14. Minors under 14 years of age are not allowed to work except in domestic service and a few jobs like newspaper delivery. More info at http://www.pcworkathome.net/jobsforminors.html

Nothing official. Maybe working for a family member or friend of the family. Even then it will be cash only. You won't be going on the payroll because it's pretty much illegal to have kids working that young.
