Question: say me a good site where i will find people all over da world 2 talk?

Question Details: ya

Deleted Answer: ya

Reason of Violation:Point-Gaming
my answer (ya) was the abrevieated form of yahoo answers. it was intended to answer the question of where the asker could find a place online to talk to people from all over the world. therefore i answered ya for yahoo answers as it is a worldwide community. i also find it appaling that i am sent a violation (my first i might add) for point gaming when i have reported numerous racial, sexually explicit content that i encounter on a daily basis. if you check my other answers i also stated that yahoo has a tendency to prosecute jaywalkers to the full extent of the law and allow murders to continue to walk free. i am throughly disgusted by this violation and i expect a reply to this email due to the fact of my response. also i was given a tab to respond to your allegations, since i am responding i would thank you for a reply.

Can they delete you without a reason or a violation? Yes. Happens to me all the time courtesy of the little buggers living under bridges. When it happened to me I was told that it was due to reporting by other users though a clear violation may or may not have occurred. I guess you may or may not of stepped on a land mine, obvious right. If it is "not a question" customer care removes the offensive material. They care, they really do. I think you were too chatty, being too smart, having too much fun, clever and are female. How DARE you!

That's not right. I mean, it's no skin off anyone's nose if you get 2 points for an answer. It's not like it's costing the asker points if you get 2 points! If you took points away by answering, then maybe. But that's a totally bogus violation.

Yeah, Yahoo Answers is awfully quick to give me a violation when I give a perfectly good answer. People shouldn't be able to just slap a violation on you. This stuff should be monitored, voted on, something. Why can't they put possible violations up to a community vote? How come I can get a violation just because somebody doesn't like my non-offensive answer?

Grrrrrr!

I'm right there with you in agreeing that Answers "prosecutes jaywalkers to the full extent of the law and allows murders to walk free." I see so many other violations that I say nothing about. I get disgusted when cruising through the open questions.

Don't feel bad cause i got a violation for a "derogatory comment towards other people" when in fact it was not nor meant to be derogatory and besides my comment related to a kitten and not a person.

Tell me about it! I think I've received three violation notices. I certainly don't think I've been offensive or racist - although I've regularly come up against questions that are or comments that people have made.
Appeal to Yahoo... good luck

I agree with you; Yahoo is always deleting questions for petty reasons while allowing a lot of really sick ones to stay up.
