3.) i would sa oda nobunaga, but that is debateable
Toyotomi is traditionally known as the figure who ended the "warring Stataes period" but he also unified japan. So it is between a and b.

BTW, question 3 is fairly stupid and can go both ways. So if this is for school tell your teacher to check his facts
