well i got my vertical leap by doing one excersize. What you do is just go to a court and touch the backboard 20 times on both sides. If you cant touch the board just jump as close as you can to it. Worked for me.

There are lots of products for that. But if you're looking for a free way I'd recommend a few common gym machines:
1. Leg Sled/Leg Press
2. Calf Raise/Seated Calf Raise
3. Stair Climber
And simply jump as often as you can.

Nothing, all you need to do is exercise. Ive tried garbage stuff like jumpsoles and crap. You wanna know what happened? I developed tendonitisn in both my knees. My doctor said all you need is exercise. Dont make the mistakes I made. Just exercise.
(better be able to have no hops than to not be able to jump at all)

first this is what i do you havde to sleep longer to get taller, after that bend your knews and just jump as hard as you can.... im 4ft 10 and i can dunk a 5 footer

Grow Taller. (you grow taller by sleeping more in your growth spurts, usually early teen years and 17 or 18 years old) So SLEEP more.
