Fill the mattress fully, and take a single Kleenex or tissue and
s-l-o-w-l-y move it around the surface of the mattress back and forth in a grid pattern making sure not to miss anywhere.
A pinhole leak should make the tissue pop up or flutter when it passes over.
Pay special attention to seams and sealed areas, as these are frequent trouble spots!

You can spray down with soapy water and it will bubble when you press or force air out.

Fill it until it is tight and wipe with a wet sponge.

When you hit the leak you will know it.
