On WindowsMediaPlayer9 the same song keeps playing on and on again even though shuffle is on?

I can't even click on the next song button

Maybe its also on repeat. Go to Play at the top and check if Repeat is checked.
Maybe you just opened one song, that's why it keeps playing it.
Go to Now Playing and check. If there's only one song lited on the right side then go back to Media Library and click on the songs that you want to play.
