Wishbone Just 2 Good Bleu Cheese (or blue cheese).
I also like to put pineapple chunks in it. Wendy's used to put a piece of pineapple in their side salad when it first came out, and I kept forgetting to ask them to take it out, then I got used to it, now I love it. Only with mainly lettuce salads, with carrots and maybe cabbage.
I don't eat blue cheese with beets or asparagus. I use olive oil and apple cider vinegar on those.
