There is a tool built in that makes "slices" for Animation. Each of those time slices is what the image looks like at a particular time, like the frames in a movie film. You switch into ImageReady to access it. You can stack the slices in any order, determine the time between going from slice to slice, and tie the sequencing in to buttons on an HTML page. For example if you want to make an image of an object viewable as though it is rotating under viewer control you would photograph all of its sides, put those photos into separate slices, and add a button labelled "Rotate image." Everything required is already in Photoshop. Look up "slices" or "Animation" inside PhotoShop HELP.
