You need the Network Interface Card (NIC) driver.
I think your model number can be found here.
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=6&PFid=6&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false#RTL8100B(L)/RTL8100C(L)/RTL8101L/RTL8139C(L)/RTL8139C(L)+/RTL8139D(L)/RTL8100(L)/RTL8130/RTL8139B(L)

You might find the driver located on one of the CDs that came with your computer. Maybe a motherboard CD if you built your computer. Use windows search to look for "RTL8139" and use device manager to update driver (use the have disk, browse method)

If you have access to another computer, you can download the missing drivers from Realtek:

http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=6&PFid=6&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

You can copy the downloaded drivers to a disk or CD. Just skip this part of the Windows install and you can later install the NIC driver after windows is up and running.
