can you stop an email from leaving your outbox?

I sent an email with picture attachments and wasn't paying attention - 7 MB!!! so now it's in the outbox and i want to pull it back - how can I do that???

hit send and receve in your mail, then click stop

If you're using Outlook, go to your outbox and delete the file before it is sent.

unplug the cable that connects your computer to the internet while you work that out. That will give you more time at it.
