I forgot to include my unemployment benefits and efiled, what will happen?

It completely slipped my mind and I neglected to include unemployment wages for two months in 2006 (totaling $2,720). Total wages reported were $61,000, what should I do? Will my e-file be rejected? If not, how do you recommend I make the adjustment and when? ughhhhh
