Yes, there will be snow at nearly all the ski resorts. It is a great time of year to ski because it is rarely cold but sometimes the slopes can get a bit slushy. oh, and try Copper Mountain!!

Well this year there may still be snow to ski on in April. The mountains are at 198% of the annual snowfall. Very good year.
There are a ton of places, Winterpark, Breckenridge, Aspen, Vail, Monarch, Loveland, Keystone, etc. just do a search for ski colorado and you'll get a ton of info!

Winter Park is pretty close to there. I live a few hours away from denver so i go there alot. Also the two biggest ski areas in the world are right here in CO. Vail and Steamboat. They are amazing. But i think as far as spring skiing goes go to A basin. They are open longest and normally get the most snow throughout spring time. Cheers!

Can't speak to Colorado, but here in Salt Lake City, I've seen skiiers as late as July! Typically, the resorts here close in May or June, though. Again, I can't say for sure because I don't ski, but those last few weeks might just be for snowboarders. But I do know that our lift tickets are a lot cheaper than Colorado's.

Normally yes.

For a good beginner resort, try Keystone. You can go to Arapahoe Basin from there, but if you're a beginner, I'd stick with Keystone. A-Basin can be done too, but you'd probably have a better overall experience at Keystone.
