No kidding. I was also stunned and didn't get it at all! Something about him and Oracio not abiding by the law and can't afford the attention right now. He was worried that they might get the attention of the a world wide audience and their exploits be made public. Remember Oracio killed that man and it wasn't exactly a legal kill.

Because when they went to Brazil they werent really suppossed to go or something. And if the scam artist gets to take it to trial, then they will do an investigation into the crime lab, and delko doesnt want that.

My 2 cents: I think they're getting ready to oust Delko. Either reunite him with his sister, or move on with his career (i.e. Federal Agent, or the like). That was an awfully long and foreboding last look he took at the crime lab before they did that fade-out. I think something's cooking.

i id ont know which episode your talking about......are you talking about the continuing episodes where Marisol died? They go to Brazil to catch that Riaz dude.

Delko and Horatio murdered someone in Brazil to get even over the murder of his sister.
It's stupid anyway. They just wanted to remind you so they could revive that thread of plot later.

when they went to brazil to hunt down his sisters murderer they did illigual questioning, and they did kill the man who ordered the assasination on his sister lots of the things were not followed by the letter of the law.
