try watching Dr. 90210 on E. i have seen most of the doctors on shows like entertainment tonight and that extreme makeover show. Try Dr. Diamond, Dr. Diaz, Dr. Motykie. Dr. Evans. There bios all indicate specializing in facial reconstruction.
