The diagram might be to large for your prine buffer.. See if you can shrink the size down.. That should work.

You can try converting the word document to a PDF file and print the PDF file. If you need Full version Acrobat to make PDF files. Sounds like the filesize might be too large to process. You may also want to try to Print directly to the printer rather than spooling the file. Go to your Printer Properties and click on the advanced tab and select Print Directly to the printer option rather than the Spooling that is selected by default.

A known proplem printers often have, if the other suggestions do not work, here is one for you. Turn off the printer and unplug for 30 secs. This will clear the memory of the printer. Then shut down the computer and restart. Turn all the way off, you want a cold boot for this. Leave off for 30 secs to clear the RAM. Now reboot, and try to print again. IF this works then your spooler was too clogged with information/ or your memory was full causing the spooler service to stop, or bog down so it stoped printing.

IF these do not help then see your manf.

Could be several things.

In your printer properties, under "Advanced", try selecting "Print directly to the printer", and see if that fixes it.
