Actually they seel a cream called "stay hard" in most adult book stores.....when applied approx. 5 minutes before sex it numbs the penis slightly and it does work in prolonging the enjaculation.....and makes it harder and when it does finally blow...it blows. He diffently has to work for the enjaculation...but its worth it for him and her!
Stay hard is not the only cream for this but this one does work!
