I was a wrestler (Greco Roman) for six years in elementary school and high school. I always the little guy and we wrestle different to big dudes. Bigs are always locking up (in neutral) all the time when I would watch matches at tournaments. The heavyweight who won state here had a mean double leg but could lock up with anyone (normally lockup to double leg).
You could be a good wrestler. It takes alot of work because the practices can be brutal. Football players (when their season was over) would come practice with us and the first few days they would drop like flies, puke, leave, whine...we would think it was funny cause we had been doing that for 2 months already. It is a hard sport. There is a team aspect I know..but it really comes down to you vs. him. You win and you lose. No team to blame it on. If you roll over like a fish, you got pinned. I will also tell you to be wary of cutting weight. I never had to worry about that, always was the lightest weight class. However, I've seen people do some things that from my perspective was beyond insane. Listen to your body, drastic shifts in weight are usually not normal. You are on the right track, stretch....big men that are flexible have an advantage in this sport.
good luck to you and do not give up..it is not an easy sport by any means.

There is a lot more to wrestling than just size. Who knows, you might stop growing soon, then again you might not. You say you "lift" 200 lbs. I used to be a personal trainer and that means nothing to me. Is it a bench, squat, deadlift, shrugs? What exercise. Needless to say, 200 lbs is a lot. I am 183 and 5'10" and I can bench over 200, squat over 200, shrug and deadlift over 200. Of coarse I have about 8 years on you too. @ 6'3" you will be an average sized wrestler and again u might grow more. Since your only a kid still, I know you still have some baby fat to get rid of. Boost cardio like you never did before, those guys can go for incredibly long in the ring at a really fast pace. Oh and by the way, they tell you what moves to do when THEY make your character. You dont get to choose it. You think the Rock picked Rocky Maivia when he had his debut??? Go to a wrestling school, thats your best bet. You need someone to show and tell you what you need to know. You can't do this on your own. Harsh but true, good luck.

i'm in pro wresling...I'm Paul White. 200 is a lot for your age kid, you might not make it to the pros like me, but you might be able to do something at your high school or when you get into college (school before wrestling). I can lift a hummer w/ the engine, but what can i say...i'm 7-feet, about 500 lbs., never take roids and sh*t---it will MESS YOU UP!!!!! kid, take this advice-try to bench 350 at age 18 then call wwe ((123) 456-789) and i will persaonally give you a contract.

find a local school on wikipedia, because you've got the size-just know this-
-take acting lessons first, it's nessiary.
-expect to be asked to "get color"(blade yourself)
-Take whatever role they give you, heel or face.
