I have long black hair and I know that I would suit as being Tifa from FFVII but, I'm not too fond of her.

1. Kaoru from Rurouni Kenshin.
2. Ochika from Rurouni Kenshin. (She is...Beautiful...*Faint*)
3. Megumi-san from Rurouni Kenshin.
4. Orochimaru from Naruto. (If you have 'the' face!)
5.. Hotarubi from Basilisk: Kouga Ninpou chou
6. Misao Makimachi (you may have to cut your hair...sorry! Then maybe not...: B)
7. Rem from Trigun (Need: Long hair, white clean cut T shirt, key chain hang on neck with PROJECT SEEDS employee name tag, and a pair of 80's old fashioned straight legged jeans, it's easy to cosplay but looks very boring.....)
8. Kagura...THAt's me!!! Just kidding....Hahahahaha
9. Neji? He's got a nice head of raven black waterfall of hair!

Rinoa from Final Fantasy VIII and Garnett from Final Fantasy IX also have long black hairs.
There are other animated characters that have long black hairs, but those characters are what I remember from the main Final Fantasy series that have different personalities from Tifa's.
