For some reason, I can't figure this one out:

During the war between France and England, which side did Washington favor? (hint: it’s a trick question!)

Thanks for any help!

I would guess that he sided with the French because they helped the American win the Revolutionary War....and why would Washington favor the people they just battled for years for their independance

The U.S. would have come in on the side of Napoleon. So says the biography of John Adams. England and Prussia did the U.S. a favor by disposing of 'the little emperor' before the U.S. had to commit, and thereby pay war reparations to the British, who were already conscripting American merchant sailors at will.

i got here across the Princeton overview Books incredibly effective. I study all of them in the process the year as we've been examining and then reread them some week or 2 in the previous the AP tests. simply by overview e book, I scored a 5 on the Stat examination this year, a 5 on the Psychology examination, and final year I have been given a 5 on US background and on Lang. i bought a e book for all of them.
