Anger management classes.

Or how about before you feel yourself starting to get angry you take a couple of deep breaths and count to ten.

Why do you get angered so easily?

I don't think you need a therapist you can conquer this on your own.

Why don't you take your anger out by doing exercise?

Its all about controlling your anger dont let your anger control you.

I don't know how old you are but when I was 13 to 22 I had the same problem. I got into more fights than anyone I know. From fighting 3 at once to bar room brawls which I broke my jaw. It look at seeing my friends leaving me. Me wanting something better for myself. And wanting peace in my life. It took the Marine Corp. and the birth of my sons to really mellow me out but I am not saying that's what to do. Talk to someone, friend or a professional. Walk away and try to see what you are doing. Now are you stronger than words or can anyone control you. Are you stronger than that.

It's OK to be angry.

It's not OK to act on it, to hurt people. THAT will get you in a ton of trouble, I guarantee it. You definitely don't need that kind of trouble.

The key is to feel angry, but to control your mouth and your hands. Not overt reaction. Just turn away and wait for the anger to subside, which it will. You know it subsides, it always does. While you're doing this, remind yourself of the terrible consequences that will come down on you if you react, if you act on your anger. Just walk away.

Just remember, it OK to feel that way, it's just not OK to do anything about it.

For your good and for that of everyone else's around you, you need to get into Counseling right away. There you can learn where this anger is coming from, and work on clearing up your issues. Good luck.

Understand its a normal fight or flight behavior that all people have when it comes to how we deal with stress animals do the same thing they either fight each other for dominance or run away from the dominant one.
