larger icon?

How do I make web pages and icons larger beside the view and text size it doesnt seem to change anything

The steps below are for increasing text, in...
-Firefox, press (Ctrl) (+)
-IE, (Ctrl)(+)

To make everything on your computer seem bigger in general...
-Right click on your desktop
-Select 'Properties'
-Go to the 'Settings' tab
-Change the screen resolution to something like 1024x768

upgrade to IE7. It has a magnifyer function in the lower right corner of the screen that goes up to 400%.
