working as a marketing executive, i have a lot of chances to meet with people especially the human resources managers and employers themselves. my question is how to look good and leave a good image in front of the customer?

Dress well, speak well and make it a point to let the prospective customer know that you are interested in him/her. Good eye contact is essential.

Professional wardrobe and attention to grooming are always at the top of the list.
Add a warm smile and a firm handshake - yes, even women!
Be aware of current events so you can have intelligent conversations. Always close with a positive comment or remark.

Dress top notch professional
Always include a smile and a firm handshake
Little "trinkets" do so much - a ball with your company logo, a pen, such things as that
come in with a joke and leave with one - that is clean of course!
Always know what your talking about, even if you don't LOL!

Great question. I can tell from your Avatar that you go to work looking great! I would suggest talking about current events, remembering kids names and asking how people are doing.

In addition, be respectful of peoples time and always remember that they are probably trying to impress you as well. Comment on how great their shoes look or how that color of shirt really compliments their tone. Another idea is to ACT AS IF you are super super successful (perhaps you already are :)) and people will flock to you...
