Well on my friends VAIO Laptop its loaded with virus and spyware
but does anyone have a clue what is causing this following problem?
Lets say i click on start and the start menu pops up after a second it just dissapers as if it was closed i try to re-open the start menu and it closes in a instant
Its the same with the right click menus and windows that programs have to make appear such as a conformation window * a yes or no to install this or to update window i mean*
I already used av software , spybot s&d, adaware

You didnt state which av you used. spybot and adaware are NOT av programs if thats what you meant.
I dont know the characteristics of all the viruses, but I am sure that security response has it in a database that you can search through.
Get process explorer from sysinternals (now part of microsoft) and see whats happening when you click start.
Try avast or AVG for a good free antivirus. Also, superantispyware is better than spybot and adaware.

Norton, AVG, Avast are free antivirus software.
