No, an 8" high tank is only 2.5 gallons. Angelfish grow to about the size of your hand and won't breed when they're the size of a quarter. You will need a 30 gallon tank for the fish to live in, a minimum 10 gallon for breeding, and a 20 gallon grow out tank for the fry. Once you have all your tanks, you can start looking for livestock. It's best to buy six juveniles (quarter or nickel size) and let them grow up together, they will pair off on their own.

At that point you can google "breeding angelfish" and get all the information you need.

Angelfish shouldn't be kept in a tank that short, and I doubt they'd feel comfortable to breed. The recommended minimum size and height for an angelfish tank is 29 gallons and 18".

The reason for this is that angelfish are by nature taller than they are long. They grow very quickly and mature adults can reach heights of 12".

Angels need 30 gallons minimum. They are pretty easy to breed once you have a pair, the problem is getting a pair because they don't show gender except when mating. Best way is to put half a dozen angels in a real big tank and let them form pairs, then put the pair you want to breed in the breeding tank. From there it is easy, because they will spawn anywhere and will care for the eggs and fry. All you need to do is keep up with water changes and feed them baby brine shrimp.

no, that is too small. Angelfish need tall tanks. I would reccomend at least 20 gallons. You need a male and female. If you don't know much about the fish, you shouldn't breed them.

angels prefer taller tanks due to their shape. id try to find maybe an 18 inch height one.
breeding-use pH of 7.0 and a higher temperature of 80. they prefer to lay the eggs on a vertical or diagonal surface. i recommend you get a piece of slate to put in the tank. assuming you have a pair, they are not difficult to breed. take a look at this site below for help to raise the young and breed. i use this site all the time.

yes actually you can. Its not the easied thing to do but it can be done. A few year ago when i was first starting out my angelfish started spawning in my little ten gallon.(just follow how to breed angelfish) And in fact some breeders use a 10 gallon. You can look online if you don't believe me.

eh, i don't know. sorry about that. but here's what i think it's supposed to be like: make sure you have a male and female in a not-so-large fish tank, and just wait. can't you find angelefish in a pet store? again, i apologize for my lack of knowledge about fish.
