I dont think so. But unless she got them way bigger than they were, if she had a good plastic surgeon you wouldn't be able to tell. The implants go under the chest muscle so they look more natural

she dispelled that rumor on oprah, when she blamed her bigger boobs on a few well-placed pounds that she gained. apparently, some people are fortunate enough to gain weight and only come out looking sexier for it. . .
