i find clinique to be a bit too harsh. and tanning 3 times a week seems a bit much! make sure u use plenty of sunblock daily.
i suggest using cetaphil face wash.. its very gentle. and at night, try this trick: spread a thin layer of honey on face (u have to put a towel on ur pillow, and sleep on ur back. try not to move around!). in the morning, wash w/ cetaphil and apply moisturizer, then sunblock.
also u can exfoliate 2 times a month w/ honey and/or cetaphil w/ Non coated aspirin. get a bottle from walmart for like $1.00. take 4-5 pills, drip a few drops of water on them, they will soften. add a squirt of cetaphil or honey, and mix. rub onto clean face, leave on for at least 30 min or longer. wash w/ warm water, and moisturize.
good luck

When I was younger, I had bumps on my forehead and would get pimples OFTEN. Now, I barely get any acne on my face. No lie.
Here's what you can do, and it works very well!
Crush aspirin until it becomes powder-like, then mix it in with toothpaste. Use it like a mask. Leave on for about 10 minutes and wash it off with hot water then after, rinse your face with cold water to close your pores.
It's worth a shot. I wasn't disappointed.

Well, it seems like your clensing method is good, but I also heard that while tanning may get rid of acne at first, since it dries out your skin and the tan covers it, but after a while, it enhances the redness.

try looking at your diet, reasearch what you need to stay away from. Stress can also cause it. Never squeeze spots on your cheeks though, they are harder to squeeze and it makes it look worse.
I actually had spots through all secondary school and it can be tough at times, but now i dont get any. Ive not changed my diet, but they just stopped.
thats all i can say, i hope it helps somehow

you might be stressed or maybe it's just close to that time of the month. you should go to the dermatologist and see what they say.
