Not easy. I think you have to do a WHOIS lookup on the e-mail address. Don't ask me how.

easy. if you look at the top right of your email, there is something that says header. Click this and then click full header.

Now go to wugnet.com and look for email locator. You can download a 15 day free trial. They show you how to load the email header and copy it. Then you go and paste it in thier locator box, and then you get where the email is coming from and also the IP address too.
