Do you think Stephen Dion would make a good Prime Minister, better than Stephen Harper?

It is hard to say if Dion would be better than Harper, as Dion has only been a cabinet minister and has not held the top job. But with that said I do believe he is doing a good job as oposition leader and could possibly bring the Liberal party back together and beat the Conservative minority.
