Some theories point to the Moon as not being real. Studies have proved that it is not the round shape which we see in the sky, it is an optical illusion. We can only see one side of it, what is on the far side of the moon?? Others say that it is a spaceship and therefore made of metal.

The moon is real. It's relatively spherical. Wacky stories about it being a space ship or that it's made of metal are just that: wacky stories.

Firstly the Moon doesn't turn it keeps the same face towards us because of the Earth's gravitational pull. Secondly the moon is real it was formed from part of the Earth when the Earth was still young in the solar system.
As for the theory for it being a spaceship, it was based on a misconception that the Moons crust was to thin to have been formed by natural means and that the Earth it self was originally further away from the Earth than it is now. Quite the opposite the Moon is in fact moving away from us at 3-4 mm a year and that is a scientific fact.

The real answer here is the fact that any planet or moon which turns on an axis will be slightly oval. The earth and the moon both turn and therefore round the equator is always further round than over the poles. This is because the spin pushes the matter outwards.

U are listening to the wrong people. The moon is real and is round ,the astronauts flew around it and took pictures up closet ,I have some.There is 1 peculiarity of the moon it is lopsided in mass . The heavy side is held as the side near the earth. Making the moon rotate once every 28 days.

The moon is real, it is made of mass. we can detect that simply becasue it exerts a gravitational influence on the oceans, causing tidal changes.
The composition of the moon's surface can be measured by the light reflected, this causes a spectrum of light.
We have seen the far side of the moon, both with satelites, and through the moon landings which actually passed around that side of the moon in orbit.
The moon is unlikely to be a spaceship... otherwise someone would have flown away with it a long time ago... i got no idea where you getting this concept from.

Yes you are correct, aliens are orbiting our planet and are using a super inhuman device to create the illusion of the moon. Who do you think those astronauts really are? They were abducted and are now controlled by alien technology and are planning to destroy the earth. If you look real close with a telescore you can see the aliens playing tag up there. It's really fun give it a try and don't give up :)

Yup it is real. The Apollo astronauts put special laser reflectors on the surface of the moon to determine distance from earth.
