The USGS Cascades Volcano Observatory has information on this volcano.
http://vulcan.wr.usgs.gov/Volcanoes/ThreeFingeredJack/framework.html
"Taylor (1965) described Holocene eruptions between North Sister and Three-Fingered Jack, Oregon, that exemplify the activity of Cascade basaltic volcanoes, although the density of Holocene vents there is much greater than in other areas of the range. (Holocene refers to any time between 10,000 years ago and the present time)."
But, most of the volcano is much older: Three Fingered Jack is undated by radiometric methods, but its age probably lies between 0.50 and 0.25 million years ago, as inferred from its erosional state compared to other shield volcanoes in the High Cascades.http://vulcan.wr.usgs.gov/Volcanoes/ThreeFingeredJack/description_three_fingered_jack.html

Three fingered Jack in Oregon? OMG. Probably a million years ago. Look at all the erosion. Try to call Dr. Bruce Nolf, maybe in Newport, Bend or Eugene. He's probably in the book.
