Which (cell) phone should I go with?

Question

I'm 13, have a cingular flip phone,but it is pretty old and I can't
stand waiting for abour 3 minutes while it loads all my contacts,texts,etc.
I need something fast,prepaid,and under $50-I don't care if its flip or not.I just don't want to be in a bad situation and not have cell phone service.
(Ps,I live in a pretty well populated city in VA 500,000+ so It's not like I don't get service where I live)
