You're in luck! I did a search of the item database on JellyNeo and found that Maraquan Ixi Plushies do exist (see link below). They're a bit rare, so I didn't find any in the shop wiz. The only price I saw on the Trading Post was 450k.
If you don't want to trust the link (it's trustworthy... I visit JellyNeo at least once or twice a day and my accounts are intact), just do a search for Maraquan Ixi Plushie on the Trading Post on Neo.
