I'm planning on visiting Barcelona in the Spring, and I can't find anything. Please Help.

I'd agree on the air pollution problem. Also, I'd try to avoid wearing sandals. You'd find yourself washing your feet quite a lot than you'll expected due to the air pollution.

Other than that, Barcelona is a fun place filled with good food, fun people, and beautiful buildings.

Stay in or near the Ramblas (hotels) or in the Gothic Quarter just to the east. I would say the water in the port (and the beach?) does not seem very clean to me.
