why won't printshop21 install on XP PRo?

I've tried everything. My computer has all correct features and downloads all others.

?....why are you trying to use PrintShop? Use Photoshop, or even better, The GIMP.

I don't have a solution but just wanted you to know that it works fine for me so it isn't a compatability problem. I disconnected from the internet (turned off my cable modem) and closed all my security programs before I installed it.
