delete the gamesaves off i did that now im wondering if i recover my gamertag of xbox 360 live would it recover my gamesaves aswell?.

If you clicked to erase the gt and all items assosiated with that profile, I'm sorry to tell you this, but everything that belonged to that profile is gone!!!!!! Now, if you clicked to erase profile only, then your profile is the only thing gone, and everything else is still in the hard drive! Now, if any marketplace junk you had already downloaded is gone, you can re-download it free of charge.

You can't recover gamesaves because they were originally stored on your hard drive. If you're talking about achievements then I'm not sure.
