No, you can get your forms there but they don't prepare them for you. You can look for VITA sites in your area. These VITA sites are IRS employees who volunteer their time to help the public prepare their taxes for free. Use the IRS.GOV website to locate these sites. Libraries supply tax preparation forms. The federal government will do your taxes for you free, if you earn an minimum amount of money, I believe it's $38,000/yr.

There are also different places, that deal with indigent people, that will do your taxes free but, again, I think you have to make a minimum amount of money.
