If your lower back is hurting then please don't crack it. It could be a slipped disk (very common) or something else, you might make it worse. Try seeing a Dr. if your having back pain.

I don't believe in chiropractors, one cracked my back and it hurt very bad! It turned out I had a slipped disk (something they CANT diagnose). Go see a doctor, if it's bad they'll get you an MRI to see what's going on.

Lay flat on the floor. Gradually pull your knees up and wrap your arms around them. Rock back and forth like you are a human rubber ball. Don't think about your lower back..concentrate on something else that you find enjoyable. Before you know it, your lower back will release the tension and you will feel so much better.

Sit firmly on a chair, keeping your legs and butt stationary. Reach with both arms in one direction and twist your upper body. The twisting motion will crack the lower back.

Try twisting your upper body to the left as far as it will go, keep your middle back and lower half still. Then slowly twist to the right. Also, when you are on the toilet next, sit upright and do the same twists. It works for me most of the time. You can also lay on your side and try twisting your upper body in the same way. Hope it works.l

Lie on one side with your lower leg extended and your top leg bent at the knee. Place one and on your upper hip to hold it steady and twist towards the edge of the bed or whatever you are lying on. Turn over and do that same thing on the other side. It should pop whatever needs to and if you do this right it really feels good.

lay flat on your back. Bend your knee at a 45 degree angle. Cross it over to the other side of your body and slowly try to go as far as you can until your knee hits the floor. That one works for me every time. It kinda hurts a tad so try it slowly.

I don't get why people like to crack their back like that, or why people go to chiropractors.

One bad move, and you could be a paraplegic.
