basically here it is lebanon owes the united states money so think of it as loan youl get your money back

plus 770 million is nothing the white house spends that much on its office supplies and other expenses the united states can afford to loan 770 million plus the weapons that destroyed us was israels and the united states gave israel those weapons

and we are allies and the only christian run country in the middle east

lebanon needs this money the united states doesnt. and a secure economically stable lebanon is good for america

there are soldiers in iraq and you are surounded by two countries that hate you and whant to kill you on both sides so lebanon being on your sides will help in the long run

and chill its only 770 million you spent 100 times that on iraq

and saudi arabia is less rich and they gave 1 billion dollars. dont worry about it.

You are so right! We give and give trying to buy love from people who hate us. It does not work. It my money and yours that is given away. We should demand a stop to this at once. We need the money here in the USA to rebuild New Orleans and to stop illegals from crossing the border. How about our poor and homeless? More hospitals for the mentally ill? Better health care for Americans? Fix social security and on and on. Damned government giving away all this money that can help America.

No, its not insulting but it was kindness from the U.S.A to help a country like Lebanon and the Lebanese thanks the Americans.

If it makes you feel better I will donate more money and blood for the Lebanese because the Lebanese were always an allied with the U.S.

You know nothing about history.

i've got self assurance Hezbullah will win that race. they have alot greater money, lots of it from the U.S. in actuality, and much less criminal wrangling to handle. additionally, their standards for being "rebuilt" would be lots greater modest than those of the recent Orleans victims the place there will be many that may not evaluate themselves thoroughly rebuilt and happy till they have a minimum of as lots textile wealth as they had earlier, plus regulation fits, and Plasma television's. P.S. i for my area do no longer approve of what Hezbullah does, however the a number of different answerers do no longer seem to realize that they seem to be a 'humanitarian' agency a minimum of via their very own description and do in actuality help their communities, whether basically to win greater contributors or sympathy. Their militia expertise and procedures are supposedly only an extension of their desire to help and guard their communities.

the u.s. owes them that money and should help rebuild since they sold the israeli's all those weapons to destroy lebanon. while there are other things to fix in america, lebanon is in extremely bad shape because of the oppositions and the destruction. it needs to be rebuilt, and the u.s. owes it to them.
