Is there a reason this question is in the movie section? There's a movie called "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" but it's about a woman. I did hear a cat yowling outside the living room window once and it sounded awful!

A large (as in mountain lion) female feline in heat. They sound like a woman screaming while being murdered. We've had them outside of the house, but the worst one was when I was in the back country and one started screaming about 6' away from me in the middle of the night. Heckuva a way to wake up.

Yes. Having the cat that got knocked up giving birth to the kittens in the middle of the living room floor. The cat was spinning around like a psycho with a kitten hanging out of her, shooting goo all over the place while I was trying to put down newspapers.
It was NOT one of my better days!! =)

Scoop them up in a cat carrier and take them to the vet to be spayed! Then send the bill to the owners.

A dog in heat man a dog embarrassed me really badly, I was petting him and he started humping my leg ferociously!

I know! Our cat ...a male ..was outside one night and i though he was in a fight and getting killed !!Then my husband told me..they are not fighting ! OH I get it now !! lol â¥
