my internet dosent work. can somebody help me?

ok i caugh a w32.spybot.worm i guess it came with some trojan virus (a.bat) ... i manage to delete bouth virus.. but now i have intenet problems. when i sign in to my computer the internet works fine for about 20 sec then it goes off. my aim,msn and my torrent client also lose internet connection... i dont know what to do, i have try everything but nothing seem to work.. i also try to scan with ad-aware but it finds no spyware. i search with spybot.. and what it finds is a bunch off microsoft files. i need help
