-.- You do know that sites with the word Torren/Bittorent have tons of government trackers.
The only way to play is buy the game for, PS2, PC, or Xbox. Or wait until the next GTA comes out for the Xbox360.
But another way is BitTorrent Clients but it's really difficult to understand.

you can download it on frostwire.com or bittorent.com then burn it or just play it on your computer after downloading it. tou can play on ps2 pc, and xbox
